Shipping Information
How and when will my order be shipped?
We ship using USPS. Orders are usually processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours. You will be notified if your shipment is delayed for any reason.
Returns & Exchanges
Once your exchange request is completed an email is sent to your email address on file. Returns made within 14 days from the date of delivery will be refunded, subject to any signs of damage or wear. Include the original receipt, contact number, and e-mail to reach you with any questions or concerns.
All jewelry, accessories, handbags, bodysuits, and discounted sales are final. Please note that shipping and handling are non-refundable.
How do I return an item(s)?
Please call (703-443-1790) or email Madisonbelle at shelley@madisonbelle.com to get a return authorization. Items may be returned via USPS mail, DHL, Fed-EX, or UPS.
The item(s) must be securely packed. Please note we are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the store credit via gift card.
